Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order placed with Uday Raj Advertisers may be cancelled.

1. Cancellation Before Production

A customer may request cancellation before design, printing, material procurement, manufacturing or installation work has started.

Where no cost has been incurred, the amount paid may be refunded after deducting applicable payment-processing or administrative charges.

2. Cancellation After Design Work

Where design work has already started, the customer may be charged for completed design work before any remaining amount is refunded.

Any design preview, concept or artwork created by Uday Raj Advertisers remains our property until the applicable design and order charges have been fully paid.

3. Cancellation After Artwork Approval

Once the customer has approved the artwork and production has started, the order cannot normally be cancelled.

This is because customised products are manufactured specifically for the customer and may not be resold.

4. Material Procurement

Where special materials have already been purchased for an order, the cost of those materials may be deducted from any approved refund.

If the materials cannot be reused for another order, their entire cost may be non-refundable.

5. Installation Orders

Installation services may be cancelled before the installation team has been scheduled or dispatched.

If transportation, labour, machinery, permissions or site-preparation costs have already been incurred, those costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.

6. How to Request Cancellation

A cancellation request must be made as soon as possible by contacting the office handling your order.

Please provide:

• Customer name
• Phone number
• Order or invoice number
• Product or service details
• Reason for cancellation

Sending a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the order has been cancelled. Cancellation is confirmed only after written or verbal confirmation from Uday Raj Advertisers.

7. Cancellation by Uday Raj Advertisers

We may cancel an order where:

• The requested product cannot be produced.
• Required material is unavailable.
• The content is unlawful or infringes third-party rights.
• The customer does not provide required information or approval.
• Payment is incomplete or unsuccessful.
• The installation site is unsafe or inaccessible.
• Completing the order would violate any applicable law.

If we cancel an order for reasons not caused by the customer, amounts paid for uncompleted work will be refunded.

8. Refund After Cancellation

Any approved refund will be calculated after deducting:

• Design charges
• Material costs
• Printing or production expenses
• Labour charges
• Transportation or site-visit charges
• Payment gateway or bank charges
• Other costs already incurred for the order

Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5–10 business days.
